Martin was a great college physics 2 tutor. My son went from struggling and being unsure of himself to a passing grade in 3 weeks. Wish I would have found him sooner. Helped him to understand how to break the formulas down to achieve better results. This class was needed to graduate and earn his Degree

Martin was very patient as we had to work through some system issues together before we could start to discuss the reason I needed help. We started out on FaceTime and then moved to Zoom. I had been hesitant to use online help but Martin was great in using his knowledge and technology to resolve my problems. He seems like a great guy who enjoys helping others. Two thumbs up !!

The tutoring was very helpful for my son, who was reluctant to seek help on his own. He had a better understanding of the material, and was more confident with the unit he was studying. He did well on the next test.

Martin was great at helping my daughter with difficult concepts that she was struggling with on her own. She said that a single lesson made a large difference. He was very easy for both of us to communicate with and I recommend him to any parent who's child is frustrated with physics.

Martin is very knowledgeable and was able to break down the steps, so I was able to understand Precalculus better, instead of just trying to memorize it. I will continue with him throughout the semester!

I was really struggling in an oceanography class that was very math heavy. Martin walked me through the math and was able to explain the general concepts to me so I had background knowledge to do things on my own when I didn't have a session with him. Some tutors are good at helping you finish homework but once they're gone you have no idea what to do; Martin was actually a very effective teacher and made it so I didn't feel lost without him. Highly recommend! Thanks Martin :)

Martin tutored my son in physics. My son said he was a ?great teacher? and ?really smart.? I never heard him complain about going to his multiple two hour sessions with Martin and that is a big deal. I plan on using him next year for any relevant subjects.

Martin tutored me in math for the PRAXIS assessment. Coming from someone who has a hard time understanding math, Martin was extremely helpful in going over each problem one by one clearly and effectively. He was motivated by getting me to understand each concept and ingraining it in my mind. Plus, he is organized and is always on time for each session.

Martin helped my daughter prepare for her Algebra 2 final. He is very patient, thorough and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely hire Marty again in the future.

Martin helped my child understand and was able to teach her how to look at a problem and set it up. She stated "now I know what I am doing" when we ended. He was an excellent tutor with total command of the subject matter. I would highly recommend using Martin.

Dr. Martin helped bridge the gap from what I was not understanding in my Honors Chemistry Class. In a short time (our first meeting) he was able to asses what it would take for me to grasp the material, my learning style. He then quickly jumped right into where we were in the classroom The Atomic Structures Unit and the Nuclear Unit He gave a quick assessment of my understanding of the Periodic Table and quickly had me understanding what I did not in the classroom. I am so lucky to have found Dr. Martin. Thanks to Dr. Martin in only one lession he has clarified my confussion of the material in my chemistry classroom and helped me want to pursue a career in the Science Field again! Thank you Dr Martin

Martin is helping me with my chemistry class, and he explains things in a way I understand. He always makes sure I get the material before we move on, and is very patient. His attitude makes me motivated and I know I can do chemistry now!

Before I met with Martin I had lots of trouble with many chemistry concepts. HE has helped me immensly to prepare for my PRAXIS General Science Content Knowledge test. Specifically he has helped me to understand periodic table trends, naming compounds, chemical bonds, balancing equations, Avogadro's Number, and more. He made sure I learned the material by making me solve practice equations and asking me questions about answers to ensure my knowledge and confidence in my answer. I have throughly enjoyed working with him and recommend his services highly.
